Many French have a preference for biscottes (crispy toasted bread) when it comes to handy, healthy breakfasts. Spread a little butter and/or jam on your Brioche Pasquier whole wheat, have a cup of coffee or some Leroux Chicory et voila, you're good to go! You can also have biscottes for savory snacks, with soft cheese or any other spread you like!
