ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Our orders are processed within 0-1 business day for US shipping and local delivery. Orders are processed same day for curbside pickup.

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship from our warehouse located in Dexter Michigan, USA. We currently ship to the United States only.

Orders shipping within the Unites States will arrive typically within 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $64.99 or less before taxes and after rebates, are offered USPS or UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout on the total weight of products in your order.
• Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $65 or more before taxes and after rebates, have free shipping. Total package weight cannot exceed 10lbs for a $65 order value and any additional pound needs a minimum product value of $6.50 to qualify for free shipping.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We currently offer delivery to select areas in southeast Michigan. To see if your area is currently covered please fill out your information at checkout and the delivery option will appear. If not, shipping is also an option. For delivery, after you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email or text message to arrange a convenient delivery time for you. Delivery days are currently Tuesday, Friday and Saturday each week from the hours of 3pm to 8pm. Orders must be placed by noon on delivery day to receive same day delivery. When your order is ready, you will receive an email or text message to confirm your scheduled delivery window.

Area between 20 miles and up to 55 miles of store location

• Orders for delivery with an order value of $99.99 or less, $35 fee
• Orders for delivery with an order value of $100 or more, free delivery
