Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item(s), please contact us at orders@trulyfoodie.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.  *Please note that all shipping costs, inbound and outbound, will be deducted from refund amount upon receipt of item(s).  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items that have been opened.  We cannot be held responsible for environmental damage upon final delivery (ie excessive heat, animals/pests, water damage, mishandling or any external factors encountered at the final delivery location). These cases should be handled by the customer directly with the  service carrier which delivered the order. 

Refund requests should always be accompanied by proof of defective item(s) such as picture(s). Without proof, refund requests will be automatically denied.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus original and return shipping costs), on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
